Restaurant & Dining: The Restaurant is open to residents and non-residents for all meals. Booking is essential to avoid disappointment.

Room Service: Available to guests in the Hotel and Serviced Apartments.

Checkout: You are respectfully asked to vacate your room by 10:30am on the day of your departure.

Luggage Storage: We will gladly help with the storage of luggage and assist with any other matters regarding a late departure on your onward journey.

Little Luxuries: Please let us know if we can make arrangements to further enhance your stay. Chauffeur cars and tours of the local area can be organised or let us provide wonderful floral arrangements, hand-made chocolates, Champagne or beauty treatments in your room.

Secretarial Services: These can be arranged via the reception desk when prior notice is given.

Laundry & Pressing: We offer a laundry and pressing service. You will find a list, with a scale of charges, and a laundry bag in your room.

Movies: We have a large selection of Oscar winning movies available to enjoy.

Picnic Hampers: We hire hampers ready packed with delicious refreshments, picnic blankets, cutlery, plates and napkins.

Smoking: Not permitted in Hotel, Restaurant or Serviced Apartment buildings. Ashtrays are provided at all entrances.

Children: Welcome in the serviced apartments; must be over 12 years of age in the hotel.

Dogs: Guide dogs only

Internet Services: Broadband Wireless Internet Access (WiFi) is provided in all rooms, serviced apartments and public areas of the hotel.

Car Parking: Ample free on-site car parking is available for all guests.

Take Home: A collection of quality small leather goods are available at reception. Curborough Hall Farm is a good source of locally grown produce. For the best wines visit Worth Brothers Wine Merchants on Beacon Street. Excellent rare breed meats can be purchased at A. Johnson and Sons traditional butchers in Yoxall. Treat yourself to high quality, distinctive jewellery at very competitive prices at Julia Usher Jewellery or for a great deal on the finest quality cutlery and silverware visit the Arthur Price Factory Shop. All outlets are within a ten minute drive of Netherstowe House.

Fresh Air, Healthy Living: The surrounding villages and parks in Lichfield District provide the ideal location for country walks and cycle rides and Lichfield is also on the doorstep of the National Forest. The county of Staffordshire has more miles of canal then any other Shire county and within Lichfield District you can wander along towpaths, stop off at a waterside pub, have a bite to eat and enjoy the nature reserve or Lakeside Walk at Fradley Junction. Alternatively you can work up a sweat in the hotel's private gymnasium which is equipped with a selection of industry standard exercise equipment.
