‘I can’t tell you how much I have enjoyed staying at Netherstowe House. You have all genuinely made my life that little bit happier and easier. I can’t recommend the service, food or accommodation highly enough and have fallen a little in love with the building and the people. It's feels strange but writing this now I know that I am really going to miss the people at Netherstowe as the cheery faces, smiles and good humour always made my day.’

We searched for a Boutique Hotel with Fine Dining in Lichfield. We found Netherstowe House and were not disappointed. The Captain's room is delightfully idiosyncratic but comprising all we would expect. The food and wine has been outstanding and the service has been attentive, friendly but never intrusive. A wonderful wedding anniversary stay.

Thank you to all at Netherstowe House for the first rate service I received recently whilst staying with you. Despite booking DeMontfort Artists with you on a frequent basis, I had not actually spent time at Netherstowe in person. I had my parents and my elderly in-laws who were visiting from South Africa for an afternoon cream tea at Netherstowe. What a delightful time we had! I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for providing a really quite unique experience – from the superb Georgian decor to the courtesies long lost from other hotels. Small touches such as being greeted from the car, the personal congratulation cards and the fact that mum & dad were allowed to take a peek at the cellar area all made for a top afternoon. Staff were all wonderful. Again, as I spent the night in the Johnson room prior to my wedding (that following evening) I cannot praise the staff enough for looking after me.Netherstowe really is a hidden gem and I shall recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We had an absolutely super time and cannot thank the staff enough. The service we received was exceptional, as was the quality of accommodation (every bit as fine as the photos on the website depict). Incredible value for money with all the inclusive extras and somewhere we'll definitely return to. We have taken away some very special memories. The willingness of staff (junior to senior) to book a taxi, open doors, carry bags etc - absolutely outstanding. We were always greeted personally, were asked how our Civil Partnership went and were generally made to feel as though we were the only people staying.

I really must say that this Hotel is a masterclass in what every hotel should be. Attention to detail and staff attitudes are first class and clearly designed to deliver a magnificent experience to each and every guest.
