All our tasty, toasty bread is made every day in the kitchen by our wonderful chefs.
Unfortunately oranges don’t grow in Lichfield but if they did we’d squeeze them. However, we are delighted to provide a selection of fresh juices from Wilmot Dairies a wonderful local supplier.
All our eggs are from local, free-range happy hens.
The dry-cure bacon is from the award winning Packington Pork Free Range Farm located just seven miles from Netherstowe House. Their pigs are truly free-range, and very contented. This bacon is cured properly so it tastes like bacon should taste.
Our deliciously herby sausages are specially made for us by our friendly, local butcher using free-range pork reared in Leek, Staffordshire.
Our smoked kippers are cold oak smoked in the traditional way and provided by our local fishmonger. They are delicious and packed full of Omega 3.
Mild and creamy Peupliers Yoghurts are from our specialist local cheese supplier, B&S Dairies in Tamworth.

Breakfast will be charged at £12.50 per person to non-residential guests.

Our fish is sourced through sustainable waters and we source many of our suppliers from local producers and providers where possible, respecting seasonality and supply, as well as National and International specialists to ensure we offer our guests the best flavour and value.
Whilst we will do all we can to accommodate guests with food intolerances and allergies, we are unable to guarantee that dishes will be completely allergen-free. From time to time certain dishes or ingredients may be restricted due to market availabilities.
