I visited Netherstowe House for afternoon tea with my grandparents last Sunday. I would just like to say a big thank you for making our afternoon so special. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. My grandparents were given a congratulations card and were made to feel very special on the day which I am very grateful for. It was a lovely experience and I will be sure to recommend you to my friends. Thank you very much.

We are big fans of your afternoon teas, but I wanted to personally write to you this time after our exceptional experience yesterday. We had ordered the chocolate afternoon tea, and being a gorgeous day we asked to have ours out in the garden in the sunshine. Your staff kindly obliged and set up tables outside. As usual the afternoon tea itself was a real treat, but I have to commend your staff who looked after us so well and were so attentive. It started to get quite hot in the garden, and one of your lovely gentleman staff politely moved our table into the shade for us. Nothing was too much trouble - they even found me my favourite Tea which really made my day, and as usual we had another delightful afternoon tea experience at Netherstowe House. No wonder this hotel is a firm favourite. Thank you for making this hotel such a pleasure to visit and an exceptional venue.
