The Bar and Lounge Tariff includes a classic cocktail list, a comprehensive range of prestige sprits, local beers, liqueurs, soft drinks and the 'world's best three whiskies'. Our wine list features over 115 wines from 13 Countries as well as The Netherstowe House Private Collection. It is built on interest rather than ancient vintages at astronomic prices. Our house wines and champagnes are excellent quality and value.

*Sally is our Accommodation Manager and she discovered her favourite drink whilst holidaying in Italy. The Spritz is a wine-based cocktail commonly served as an aperitif in northern Italy, especially in the Veneto region. The drink is prepared with Prosecco, a dash of Aperol or Campari Bitter, topped off with sparkling soda water. The drink originated in Venice while it was part of the Austrian Empire and is based on the Austrian Spritzer.
